Tinamba Hotel awarded Chef Hat in 2023 Australian Good Food Guide Chef Hat Awards

 

Tinamba Hotel has been awarded a Chef Hat in the 2023 Australian Good Food Guide Chef Hat Awards.    This is the second consecutive year the team at Tinamba Hotel have achieved this award.

"This is great recognition for head chef Gerard Phelan and his commitment to Garden to Plate dining is driving a new era for Tinamba Hotel and the guest experience" says Simon Johnson, owner of Tinamba Hotel.
Australian Good Food Guides Chef Hat's have been awarded to discerning Chefs around the country since 1982. These awards are the result of careful deliberation. Inspectors appointed by AGFG dine anonymously. Their reviews and the opinions of the dining public, who generously send in their comments throughout the year, determine the results. Tinamba Hotel is proud to set the benchmark with Sardine Eatery and Bar, Hoggett Kitchen and Sodafish as the other hatted restaurants in Gippsland.
